Classroom Procedures
1. Enter the classroom quietly, you should get supply bins for class (Read 180 ReaL Book, folder, and pencil) and go immediately to your seat. Then, you should complete the DoNow assignment posted on the board in your Do Now Log in Google Classroom. You will have 2-3 minutes to finish before we share.
2. When we move from rotation to rotation, you will have one minute, when the music stops you need to be settled and working. Push your chairs in and take your supplies with you. For example, if you are going to the Independent Reading Station, get what you need from the file, find a comfortable spot with your materials and get reading. If you are going to the Software Rotation, take your Chromebook to the software area, sign in to the software immediately, and begin working where the software directs you.
3. When we are working within the rotations please do not interrupt the small group table (Mrs. Petty). Ask your questions of Mr. Scott If there are any questions or problems at the software station put your red cup by the computer so that it can be seen. Try restarting your Chromebook or pull out your independent reading until your problems or questions can be addressed.
4. At the end of each rotation, it is your responsibility to clean up your area and put away any materials that were needed for that area.
